Awesome comfort food dessert
Crush entire package of Oreo cookies in food processor or with a zip lock bag and rolling pin until they are fine crumbles.
Place Oreo's in a large bowl and stir in melted butter using a fork to incorporate butter into all cookies.
Transfer cookies to 9 x 13 inch baking dish. pressing crumbles into bottom of pan and place into fridge to cool .
Mix cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 tablespoons of milk and sugar mixing well. Stir in 1 1/4 cups of cool whip and spread mixture over Oreo crust.
In a bowl combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 1/4 cups of cold milk whisking until pudding starts to thicken. Use a spatula to spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture.
Allow to set 5 minutes for pudding to firm up.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over top.
Place in freezer for 1 hour or refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
Heath bits and or coconut may also be added if desired
