Suggest a better descriptionOven 180. Spray & cook or butter ramekins (or small bowls) really well. Melt butter and chocolate. Beat eggs, yolks and castor till light colour. Beat in melted chocolate and butter mixture. Sift flour and fold into the mixture. Bake for 10-12 min. You can freeze batter or refrigerate, but then you'll just have to bake it for longer.
