Combine flour, soda, salt, cocoa; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Add boiling water and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees. 1 hour 20 min.
Cool in pan 10 - 15 minutes; remove and cool before serving.
