Fudge icing, moist cake
Add boiled ingredients to creamed ingredients, mix well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 10 x 15 prepared cake pan (greased & floured).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool to just warm and add frosting.
ICING:
Add boiled ingredients to sugar mixture, beat until smooth.
