Delicious! A family favorite.
Cream sugars, butter and oil together in a large bowl.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk (buttermilk substitute: 1 T vinegar to 1 cup milk).
Measure flour, spices, baking soda and cocoa into sifter, then sift into the bowl.
Grate zucchini into the bowl. Stir until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
