Very yummy, moist cake with a crunchy topping
Combine butter, oil and sugar; cream well. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk, mix well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and soda. Mix, then add zucchini. Pour into 9 x 13" pan, well-greased and floured. Combine nuts, chocolate chips, and brown sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
