In a shallow dish,combine potato flakes,parmason cheese, poultry seasoning and pepper.place butter in another shallow bowl, and melt. Dip chicken in butter and then roll in potato flakes.
Place on a pan, covered with foil and sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees until juices run clear.
