Baked for an hour in the bean pot!
Cook bacon. Saute onion in bacon fat.
Mix everything together in bean pot.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
If you need to add more liquid, mix ketchup, red wine, and dry mustard.
Can also add in 1/4 shallot with onion.
