Chunky chicken salad with a great lemon herb dressing. Served with vegetables and romaine lettuce.
Bake chicken with herbs until done. Cool. Chop chicken and set aside. In mixing bowl add all prepped fruit and vegetables. Add chicken and dressing. Stir and refrigerate. Serve over cucumber and romaine lettuce.
