Suggest a better descriptionSlice the ciabatta or baguette in half horizontally. Rub the cut surface with half a tomato, then spread with soft goats cheese or cubed feta (if too salty, soak the feta in cold water for ten minutes then rinse). Sprinkle any combination of the other ingredients over the ciabatta, drizzle with olive oil and grill until the bread starts to change colour. Do not overcook as it should be warm, not burnt.
