Halve the cucumber, seed it, cut in half again, and thinly slice crosswise. (making little cressents)
Combine cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix.
In a small bowl combine lime juice, oil, honey, pepper flakes and salt.
Pour Lime juice mixture over cucumber mixture. Toss gently to coat.
