Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
In large bowl, mix peanut butter and butter on medium speed until smooth.
Beat in sugars until well blended.
If necessary, dough can be refrigerated at this point.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork dipped in sugar, making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Store in tightly covered container.
