1. Start by heating the oil in a frying pan. Saute´ the onion and garlic for about 5 mins until soft. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, oregano, basil, tomato pure´e and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
2. Next add the mince and cook for 10 mins until brown. Stir in the tinned tomatoes and vinegar and simmer for 15-20 mins. Put your feet up for a bit.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a baking dish, spoon a layer of the sauce, topped with a layer of courgette ribbons and then a layer of mushrooms. Repeat, finishing with a layer of courgette ribbons.
4. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top and bake for 15-20 mins. Serve with a fresh green salad.
