Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan over med heat, combine cream, sugar & coconut cream; bring mixture to a simmer. In small bowl, combine the cornstarch & milk til smooth. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the simmering cream til smooth, and cook, stirring, til slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Add coconut & butter, cook, stirring, 3 more minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and cool to room temp. Cover & refergerate to chill til thickened, about 2 hours.
