The shrimp taste just as good with or without the sauce.
.Heat up fryer with canola oil.Peel, clean shrimp.Coat shrimp in flour.Dip in Egg wash.Coat and press on coconut flakes, or coat in breadcrumbs.Be careful to keep the coconut as dry as possible during the process.If it gets wet, it will not stick well to the shrimp.Drop shrimp into fryer till lightly brown.In the meantime, prepare a dipping sauce using the sweet & sour sauce,honey, and 1/2 lemon..Add ingredients in that proportion...with lemon just to taste. Youshould get a sweet and tangy sauce.
