On a vacation to Greece I discovered the most amazing iced coffee. Frappe! This is not the Starbucks frozen concoction you may be used to. This is SO much better. No milkshake-like slushiness here. This is just the best iced coffee you'll ever have.
- In a small cup, combine the Nescafe, milk, and sugar. (Or you can add the sugar later according to your taste.)
- Using a hand mixer (or blender) blend the coffee and milk together until foamy.
- Put some ice into two tall glasses.
- Pour the milk mixture into the two tall glasses, diving equally.
- Add the water, dividing equally between the two glasses.
- If you didn't add the sugar in the beginning step, add it here.
Enjoy the best iced coffee you ever had!
