Combine corn, yogurt, oil, water and egg, add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into 2 small loaf pans coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
