1. In a bowl sift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and all dry spices
2. Heat oil to 350F
3. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients
4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients to mix gently till combined
5. Drop a 1 teaspoon amount of batter into frying oil. Continue with several more fritter.
6. Cook until golden brown , drain on paper and serve with the Cornelia Diablo Sauce
