Slice celery, green pepper and olives.
Combine celery, green pepper, onion and rice in skillet with remaining fat. Cook, stirring until rice is brown.
Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and half of olives to mixture in skillet and bring to boil.
Pour over meat. Cover and bake in mid-oven at 325 for 1 hour.
Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining olives and arrange cheese. Broil for 5 minutes.
