Us cowgirl's need to watch our figures but still love a good beef and bean burrito. These ingredients will keep us home on the range.
Brown ground beef and onions, let simmer for 10 minutes
Mash pinto beans with the salsa then add to the beef mixture
Stir spices and tobasco into beef and bean mixture.
Let simmer for another 10 minutes
Warm tortillas in microwave wrapped in a dish towel with a bit of water
Put about 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla.
Top mixture with some shredded cheese and roll up.
Top with some additional salsa. Serve warm.
