Instructions:
1) combine all ingredients except tortillas and mix well
2) spread mixture evenly - to the edges - on each tortilla
3) roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap
4) refrigerate for at least one hour
5) cut into 12 slices
Might need to double or triple recipe as 3 tortillas will only make 12 slices.
