Perfect with Thanksgiving. We love it!
Bring wine, sugar and half the cranberries to boil in a non-reactive (stainless or glass) saucepan over a medium heat., stirring to dissolve the sugar
Add orange juice, ginger and remaining cranberries and half the grapes, return to boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until about half the cranberries pop and liquid thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
Off heat, mix in remaining grapes and lime juice. Cool to room temperature and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
(Can be stored in airtight container for up to 3 days.)
