Suggest a better descriptionNOTE: Use white chocolate, confectionery coating or almond bark - any one works. Microwave white chocolate 2 - 4 minutes on medium until melted, stirring until smooth. Add nuts and cranberries, mix well. Spread onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze 5 minutes til set, or refrigerate for 10. Break into bite size pieces. Stores well in the freezer and tastes divine!
