Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In large bowl, mix oil and sugar until blended.
Add extracts and eggs.
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually stir into egg mixture.
Mix in cranberries and nuts by hand.
Divide dough in half, forming 2 logs on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 35 minutes or until logs are light brown.
Remove and set aside for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 275 degrees F.
Cut logs into slices.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
