Suggest a better descriptionSeason pork with steak seasoning. Sear the pork on ALL sides in hot vegetable oil. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. While they are cooking, make your cranberry sauce; combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest. Minced ginger, orange juice, and water in one sauce pan. Allow mixture to come to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. Lower the temperature to a simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce reaches a thick consistency. add rosemary. Remove the pork tenderloins and spread the cranberry sauce generously on top of each. Make sure you save some of the sauce to serve with the pork. Put the pork back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes - until done. Slice the pork and serve with additional cranberry sauce.
