A lovely blend of tart and sweet. The strawberry flavour comes from strawberry gelatin (Jello). This dessert is lovely served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cake:
* Combine first 5 dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
* Add egg and milk stirring until moistened.
* Spread evenly in greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
* Combine rhubarb and sweetened dried cranberries.
* Sprinkle fruit evenly over cake.
* Sprinkle powdered gelatin over fruit.
Topping:
* Combine all ingredients for topping. Sprinkle over top of fruit.
Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until fruit is tender.
Freezing is not recommended for this dessert. If using frozen rhubarb, cut when semi frozen and pat dry as a lot of liquid will come out of rhubarb as it starts to thaw.
