Suggest a better description- Put frozen chicken in the crock pot.
- Put Cream cheese, black beans, corn and Rotel on top of the chicken.
- Cover & cook in your Crock Pot on low for 6-8 hours (high for 3-4). (stir every two hours)
- You can shred the chicken when it is done, or just leave it as tenderloins.
- Turn the crock pot off & let it sit for about 30-45 minutes if you want it to be less soupy.
Serve this over rice or chips or lettuce or in a tortilla as a burrito.
