2) spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese about 1" from one end of each piece of bread and roll up bread
3) whisk together eggs and milk.
4) melt butter in skillet (2 tablespoons at a time)
5) dip rolled bread in egg mixture
6) cook rolled bread (start seam side down) - turning until browned on all sides
7) remove French toast from skillet, roll in cinnamon sugar
8) serve with maple syrup.
