Source: Trial and Error
Add frozen corn to a pot
Fill pot with enough water to cover the corn
Bring water to a rapid boil
Turn off heat
Let sit for 10 minutes
Strain corn and set aside
Add butter to the pot and melt
Add flour to the pot
Whisk on medium heat cook until bubbling
Add pepper, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon
Cook for two minutes
Slowly add milk and heavy creme to the pot and stir until thickened
Add corn to the pot
Add parmesan cheese and stir
Serve while hot
