CREAMY FRUIT SALAD
We all feel like a treat now and then, something sinfully smooth and creamy. Only a DaVita dietitian could find a way to remove the "sinful" part. It's Creamy Fruit Salad by Akemi from Nebraska! Fruits in the recipe can be substituted with any low-potassium fruits of your choice, and if low sugar or no sugar is a must, substitute artificial sweetener.
1.Place apples, pears, peaches, strawberries and grapes in a large bowl. Set aside.
2.In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in Cool Whip® and mix well.
3.Just before serving, pour cream cheese mixture over fruit and gently stir.
4.Top with fresh berries and serve.
