1. In a large saucepot, combine apples, orange juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Mash the apples with a potato ricer until smooth. Top each serving with 1.5 tsp frozen yogurt.
