Suggest a better description1 Heat oil in large, deep pot and cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on medium to high heat.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add onions and peppers.
3. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning and cook for additional 2 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes, chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste.
6. When the pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes) add lemon juice and heavy cream
7. Stir gently and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Garnish and serve
