2. Melt butter in pan
3. Add Brussel sprouts, onion and brown on medium heat.
4. Add garlic - cook for 2 minutes
5. Add flour. - Cook 2 minutes
6. Add cream slowly while stirring
7. Add parmesan cheese while stirring
8. Serve and enjoy
