Cut sweet potatoes into thirds and boil in a pot of water on high heat until tender. Drain potatoes and remove the skin. Place the potatoes in a food processor and blend until smooth. Heat the milk and butter until hot and add to the potatoes with all the spices. Mix well. Pour mixture into a large greased oven proof dish and top with marshmellows and bake at 300 for 45 minutes or until golen and puffy.
