Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage, onion, carrot, and celery until soft and sausage is cooked, add garlic and cook 5 minutes longer.
Add Italian seasoning, bouillon, salt and broth in large dutch oven or soup kettle. Cook 30 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water, add to evaporated milk, add to soup along with the tortellini.
Cook another 45 minutes, until soup has thickened and tortellini are cooked. Add the spinach pressing to submerge the leaves into the soup. Cover an cook 5 minutes until spinach has wilted.
You can add additional fresh milk to reach your desired consistency.
