Pour Soup into a 6-quart pot, place over meduim-high heat. Bring to boil
Add cheese, reduce heat to meduim and stir frequently until cheese melts
meanwhile, thaw fajitas in microwave; cut into bite-sized pieces
Add fajitas to soup; stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes and Adams Rub
Return ot boil, simmer 10 minutes or until piping hot and slightly thickened
Remove from heat; serve in soub bowl and garnish with Cilentro if desired.
