Suggest a better descriptionCrush Crackers in large Ziploc back. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces. Pour milk, cheese, and cracker crumbs into 3 separate containers. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray. . Toss salt and pepper into cracker crumbs. Dip chicken into milk, then into cheese (press firmly), then crackers (Press firmly). Lay chicken inside pan tightly. Sprinkle parsley over chicken then cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Remove Foil and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Edges should be golden brown.
Sauce:
Combine all ingredients listed under sauce. Heat until hot. Serve over chicken. Add extra milk to sauce to thin if you would like.
