Marinate the chicken pieces with salt,black pepper,1/4 th cup of soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, garlic paste of 4-5 garlic cloves, garlic- ginger powder for atlst 3 hrs.
For cooking:
Take the whole maida in a large bowl. Take the chicken pieces one by one nd dip into maida. Take a fry pan ND pour refined oil. Deep fry the chicken pieces untill brown. After frying all chicken pieces add rest garlic ( cut into small pieces) into heated oil and mix all the fried chicken. In a bowl.add rest soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,honey ND mix well. Then pour the mixture into the pan. Stir 2-3 mints. Garnish with spring onion, and til.
