Grease sheet pan with butter or pam, combine potato flakes, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt in medium bowl; stir till mixed. Dip chicken pieces in butter, roll in potato flake mixture to coat. Place in greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes till chicken is done.
