Suggest a better descriptionMix rice together with chili powder, cumin, and garlic salt. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over tortillas. Arrange chicken and rice mixture down the center of each tortilla. (Fillip a bit of spur cream as well - makes them delightfully creamy). Roll tortillas and slightly flatten. Spray seam side with cooking spray.
Heat a non stick skillet. Arrange wraps, seam side down, in pan and cook until golden and crisp. Cook all sides this way. Serve warm.
