Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine salsa and sour cream, and set aside. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters or sixths, depending on the diameter. Cut the sticks crosswise into two or three pieces. Combine breadcrumbs, cornmeal, cheese, parsley and salt in a shallow dish. Place flour in another shallow dish. Beat the egg whites in a shallow dish. Dredge the sticks first into flour, then egg white, then crumb mixture. Place the crumbed sticks on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Place the sticks on the sheet and lightly spray with more cooking spray. Bake for 12 minutes, turnpieces with a spatula, and bake another 12 mintuesor until lightly browned and crisp. Serve immediately with creamy salsa dip.
