delicious pulled pork made easy in the crock pot
1. Place pork roast in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 6-7 hours until done.
2. Remove pork roast from crock pot; discard cooking fluid. Return pork to crock pot. Add barbecue sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and onion. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
3. Serve shredded pork on buns
For a 5-7 quart crock pot double all ingredients except barbecue sauce, increase barbecue sauce to 21 oz
