Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken over Bow tie pasta
Cut butter into small pieces and place in bottom of crock pot. Place chicken on top of butter and sprinkle both sides of chicken with dry Italian dressing. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
When chicken is fully cooked take out and cut into bite sized pieces. Do not remove liquid from crock pot. Return chicken pieces to crock pot.
In separate bowl mix Cream Cheese and Cream of Chicken soup until smooth. Pour mixture into crock pot and stir well. Cover and heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot. Thin with milk if desired.
Serve over Bow tie pasta.
