An easy melt in your mouth recipe that produces this tender tasty pork roast.
Put the Pork Loin Roast into a Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Add All ingredients (Dry Onion Soup Mix, Water, Garlic, Soy Sauce and Pepper). Flip and coat roast a couple of times. Set Crock Pot Slow Cooker to Low and cook for 4 hours. Serve with strained liquid as au jus.
