1. In a large bowl mix broccoli, apple, grapes, and carrots in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, onion, vinegar, mustard, salt, honey and pepper then add to the broccoli mixture.
3. Then add mixed nuts, and sunflower seeds.
4. Mix well to combine and adjust for seasoning.
