Simple and yummy chicken dinner
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Rinse and trim chicken. Pat dry.
Generously coat both sides of each breast with sour cream.
Put crushed corn flakes crumbs in a shallow plate and season to taste.
Dip coated chicken in the seasoned cornflake crumbs.
Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Drizzle with melted butter and bake 1 hour.
