Suggest a better descriptionPreheat broiler, if using it. Combine spices on flat dish. Wash & dry tenderloin and cut in two. Coat with spices. Prepare stove-top grill, if using. Place pork on grill or under broiler; cook until brown. Turn and cooing 15-20 min., depending on meat thickness, until pork is slightly pink inside. Crust will form from the spices. Cut lime in wedges & serve with pork. When use broiler, wet the pan about 4 inches from the heat source.
Serves 2.
