2. Put Couscous in an ovenproof dish
3. Stir a pinch of salt into warm water and pour over couscous
4. Leave for 10 minutes
5. Rub olive oil into couscoususing tips of fingers and break up any lumbs
6. Dot butter over the surface and cover with foil
7. Put in oven for 15 minutes
8. Fluff with fork and add salt as needed
