1 dice cucumber,radishes and tomatoes into 5mm cubes
2 combine all ingredients in a bowl and add viniger and stir through
3 add cream and mix well
4 season to taste. I personally add quite a bit of cracked pepper
5 cover and store in the fridge over night. Lists for days. Store through before serving
