Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in wok on medium heat
Add carrots ,onion and garlic sprinkle with curry powder
Cook 5 minutes and remove from wok
Increase heat to medium high
Add meat, water, pepper and salt and sprinkle with curry powder, cooking for 5 minutes and remove from wok
Decrease heat to low and add sour cream, lemon juice and curry stirring and heating through
Return meat and vegetables to wok, cover and simmer 5 minutes
Serve over rice
